• Order information: billing name, delivery address, and contact details, for orders that include physical products (merchandise, vinyl records, printed storybooks).
• Purchase history: records of the products, digital content, and event tickets you have purchased from us.
• Payment information: we do not collect or store your full card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Paystack. Paystack collects and processes your payment details directly under its own privacy policy, available at paystack.com.
• Communications: any messages you send us, including support requests and correspondence relating to orders, refunds, or account issues.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive newsletters, promotions, and announcements by email, and a record of that consent.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and site usage data, collected automatically when you use the Site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process and fulfil your orders, including shipping physical products and delivering digital downloads, storybooks, and event tickets.
• Communicate with you about your orders, account, or support requests.
• Send newsletters, promotions, and announcements, where you have opted in to receive them. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.
• Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including obligations imposed on us by our payment processor.
• Improve the Site and the products and services we offer.

Where UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your order), consent (marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, Site security, and improving our services).

We share personal information with the following categories of third parties, only as necessary to operate the Site and fulfil orders:

• Paystack, our payment processor, to process payments.
• Our website hosting and backend infrastructure provider(s), to operate the Site, store order records, and deliver digital content.
• Our email/newsletter service provider, to send transactional emails (such as order and account confirmations) and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.
• Shipping or courier providers, for physical orders, limited to the delivery information necessary to fulfil shipment.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We ship physical products to the United Kingdom, Nigeria, the United States, and Canada. Where you order from outside the United Kingdom, your order and delivery information will be processed and transferred to the relevant destination country as necessary to fulfil your order. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with UK data protection law.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Our payment processor retains transaction records separately, in accordance with its own regulatory obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations; object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. The Site and our products are not directed at children. You must be at least 15 years old to create an account or make a purchase on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 15. If you believe a child under 15 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
